I had fun with it for a little while but it got boring fast and once I’d played through the main stuff I just didn’t feel like there was much pulling me back in, it’s not terrible or anything but I can’t really see myself replaying it much...

I tried using brainscapegames.com, and it was a rough experience. Some of the buttons didn’t get read out properly by my screen reader, the menus were hard to figure out, and I ended up getting stuck more than once. On top of that, the text contrast was bad in a few spots, which just made the whole thing feel even more annoying. Maybe the site is fine if you don’t rely on accessibility tools, but from my side, it has a lot that needs fixing.

i spent a little time on brainscapegames.com and it seemed mostly okay. nothing jumped out at me as super shady, but i still found myself being a bit cautious with what i clicked and what info i shared.
as far as using the site goes, it was decent but not exactly smooth. a few areas felt kind of cluttered and could be easier to understand. overall, i’d give it 3 stars, not bad, but i’m not at the point where i fully trust it yet.

I found the hints disappointing, and I’m sure other customers would feel the same. They didn’t really help me figure out what to do next, so I mostly felt stuck instead of guided

As someone who actually enjoys team-building stuff when it gets people talking and working together, this just didn’t really land for me. I tried it with my work team, and it felt more like everyone was off doing their own little activity instead of actually collaborating. The games were fine, but nothing that really pulled the group in, and a few people lost interest quickly. For the price, I was expecting something more engaging and better for bonding. I probably wouldn’t choose it again.

I tried using brainscapegames.com, but wow, what a hassle. The whole site feels like it was put together by Professor Chaos, menus are confusing, pages randomly don’t load right, and trying to find anything turns into a full-on scavenger hunt. After a few minutes of fighting with Mr. Slow-and-Clunky, I just gave up.

The game itself was fine, but the parking kind of ruined the mood for us. We drove around forever trying to find a spot and ended up parking way farther away than I expected. Maybe they oversell event parking or just don’t have enough nearby lots, I’m not really sure, but it felt poorly planned. If you’re bringing kids or it’s raining, it would be a real pain. By the time we got inside, I was already more stressed than excited.

My snap judgment after jumping in was that the onboarding could definitely be clearer. It took me a little while to figure out how everything was supposed to be set up, but once I got past that, it made more sense...

The staff were nice enough when I had a question, and they got back to me quickly without making it weird. But the help felt basic, and a few things they said they’d follow up on never really happened. I don’t hate the experience, because they were polite, but it’s frustrating when people make promises and then don’t actually come through. Not terrible, just not as good as I expected

To be honest, I was let down by the props. From the pictures, I expected everything to feel a lot more polished, but in person some of the items looked worn out, lightweight, and kind of cheap.
A few pieces felt like they might break if you handled them too much, which took me out of the experience and made the whole thing feel a bit rushed. For me, the props really affected the fun of the game, and I personally wouldn’t book it again.

It does what I need it to most of the time. I did notice a little lag once, but it wasn’t a huge deal and hasn’t really been a constant problem...

I was into the spooky vibe at the start, but after a while, this whole creep-fest just didn’t pull me in. The story felt kind of all over the place, and some of the puzzles seemed like they wandered in from a different game. It’s not terrible or anything, just not as fun as I was hoping

The puzzles just didn’t feel like much effort was put into them. A lot of them came across as rushed or low quality, which made the whole thing disappointing. It kind of gave me the feeling the company cared more about making money than actually putting out a fun, well-made experience.

Not gonna lie, the game master support was okay overall. I had to reach out during our game, and while they did answer my question and helped us get back on track, it wasn’t exactly quick. It also felt a little rushed, and I had to explain the issue twice before it got sorted. Definitely not a bad experience, just average. It would’ve been better if the help was clearer from the start.

My first impression when we showed up for our small work event was that things felt a bit slow getting started, and the staff seemed busy. Once everyone settled in, the games were fun and we ended up having a decent time overall. Not a perfect experience, but still an okay spot for a casual group outing.

Customer service really let me down. I reached out about an issue with my order, and it felt like I had to do all the work just to get a basic answer. I kept explaining the same thing over and over, waiting around, and still didn’t get it properly resolved. Giving 1 star because dealing with support ended up being more frustrating than the original problem.

The games were actually fun, ngl, but the rooms didn’t feel super clean. It wasn’t awful or anything, just kinda dirty in a way that made it hard to fully enjoy the experience.

I had a good time with it in the beginning, and some levels are genuinely fun to play through. But quickly, the difficulty starts to feel uneven, with a few levels suddenly becoming way harder than the rest. It kind of took me out of the experience, and I ended up feeling more frustrated than excited to keep going...

The games are fun and I did like the themes, but I didn’t feel as pulled in as I was hoping, haha. Some parts feel a little simple, and the site itself can kind of break the mood here and there. It’s definitely not bad, I just think it could be more immersive overall...

I tried brainscapegames.com, am I missing something here? The price feels high for what you actually get. It’s not completely useless, but I expected a lot more for what they’re charging. I just don’t see enough value to justify paying for it again
